Robert Lustyik Takes the Headless Horseman Plunge

Robert Lustyik will be taking the Headless Horseman Plunge into the freezing waters of the Hudson River at 1:30pm on February 10, 2024!  Robert will be taking the plunge this year to raise funds for Ethan Hierro, a very special Tarrytown resident who is battling brain cancer and will be celebrating his fifth birthday on Feb. 9, one day before the plunge. Let’s make sure Ethan has the best birthday and feels the love of the Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow community! Proceeds will help Ethan’s mom with expenses as she travels with her son to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to receive treatment for his (as of now) incurable cancer and cares for Ethan’s two big sisters.

Each plunge registrant pays a registration fee of $75. For those participants who attract sponsorships or donations in excess of $175, they’ll get to memorialize their plunge with a long sleeve event shirt. For raising $300, participants will receive a customized hoodie.
